New jobs to be created as outdoors equipment retailer set to open new store in Reading
Multiple new jobs are set to be created as Go Outdoors, the retailer of equipment for hiking, mountaineering and camping enthusiasts, is to open a new store in Reading, according to a media news report on the matter.
Aberdeen Standard Investments, represented by advisers Edgerley Simpson Howe and Savills, has let a unit at Brunel Retail Park to the business.
The outdoor clothing retailer has agreed a new 20-year lease for the 20,410 sq ft store at an annual rent of £400,000.
The refurbished unit is set to open on 17 March 2018.
Brunel Retail Park offers 120,000 sq ft of retail space across 13 units, with occupiers including Next, B&M, Laura Ashley, Pets at Home, Dreams, Costa.
